TechAdvantage Expo Brings New Energy to New Orleans

(NEW ORLEANS, La.) — The TechAdvantage 2016 Conference and Expo opens in New Orleans today to showcase technologies that are changing the electric grid. From distributed energy, cyber security and unmanned aerial systems to energy storage, big data, system optimization and government regulation, there’s something for everyone. TechAdvantage, Feb. 15-18, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, is being held in conjunction with 2016 Annual Meeting of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). More than 6,500 representatives from electric co-ops across the nation attend.

This year’s TechAdvantage hosts more than 300 exhibitors, the most in the expo’s history.  The conference offers a rich array of sessions, including presentations in the following areas:
